In this Pi x Radio program, broadcast on 05/26/16, we talk about the 2nd World Forum on Gastronomic Tourism, organized by the UNWTO in Lima from April 27 to 29, 2016. Experts from more than 40 countries within the scope of the World Tourism Organization. Today we have the presence in the recording studio of Federico Esper, speaker at said Forum and UNWTO Consultant, who explains the keys to this meeting and how Tourism and Culture can be allies for the economic development of a community.
